Oaks is a vintage clothing brand operated by Circular Textiles LLC.
This website is operated by Oaks. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Oaks. By visiting oaks.clothing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Our products
Oaks sells curated vintage and secondhand clothing. Most pieces are one of one and may show age, wear, repairs, fading, or other characteristics of previous use. We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each item accurately, including known condition issues and measurements. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. Review the full listing and measurements before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is processed and Oaks sends confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any non-standard shipping charges are shown at checkout before purchase.
Availability
Inventory is limited and may change without notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may limit purchase quantities or discontinue an item at any time.

Cancellations and address changes
Email jack@oaks.clothing as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or address change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and other website information accurate. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the order.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Oaks name, website design, original text, photography, graphics, and other original website content belong to Oaks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit that content without written permission. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the vintage items being offered. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt to interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or collect customer information; impersonate another person; or infringe the rights of Oaks or any third party.
