Shipping destinations

Oaks currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Any available expedited option and its price will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are handled within one business day, Monday through Friday, and usually ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Most orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address changes

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email jack@oaks.clothing as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, email jack@oaks.clothing with your order number so we can help.
